Another example of misguided ingenuity. A man was arrested in Melbourne for secretly filming up the dresses of women on trams. One of his tools of trade was a shoe fitted with a tiny camera lens.

The man was in his early 20’s … no doubt some sort of geek who spends too much time on the net to meet girls. I wonder if he had a phone in his other shoe?
