That stupid court case against Chas Licciardello from The Chaser was dismissed today.

After leaving court, he had this to say:

“I would just like to say how deeply disappointed we are with the court’s decision.

“We will not rest until this injustice has been corrected.

“We will be appealing the decision to the Supreme Court, to the High Court, to the UN, to the Jedi Council, and the Snickometer.”

After being told he’d actually won the case, he added:

“I’m sorry. I didn’t actually prepare any material for the off-chance that we won.”

He left the court, dressed to go to the Big Day Out on Thursday. Speaking of the kerfuffle about the Australian flag thats happened in the last couple of days, what a load of bullshit. Fair enough the flag is a symbol of nationhood, but its not supposed to be used for what it is being used as by the bogans wearing it at the Big Day Out - who are using it as a rallying point for fellow bogan rednecks. Can’t see the respect for the flag involved in a racist bogan fuckwit draping the flag over themself, probably after having beer and piss spilt over it, and then using it as an excuse to go round harassing people who aren’t white enough.
