Damion Mosher managed to shoot himself without a gun. He thought it a great idea to put bullets in a vice and hit them with a hammer. His aim … to collect the casings for scrap metal to cash in.

Damion is clearly the sort of guy who should never have access to a gun, or even ammunition, sharp knives, scissors, anything remotely dangerous.
