Spent the day underground at Jenolan Caves. Caves are something I’ve had a longtime interest in, since I was a kid. I was for a while quite an active caver, but unfortunately work, and things like meeting my wife, and moving to Canberra, led me to drift away from it. That, plus really being too tall for it, and wide (the best, most agile cavers are small and thin, not big solid guys like me).
My daughter has a new camera (she got it for her birthday a couple of months ago) so her and I were into it with the competing photos, which is fun. We are yet to compare each others’ pictures …. something for tomorrow I think.

beautiful pictures! Caves are so neat.

I love Jenolan Caves! I haven’t been there since I was a kid but I loved exploring the caves. My DH and DD12 just went to Wombeyan Caves for our daughter’s Year 6 camp. We plan to take the kids to Jenolan Caves during the Easter break.

Great photos
Last caves I was in were the Princess Margaret Rose caves near Glenelg where I discovered caves and I don’t see eye to eye.
You visit the caves and we’ll enjoy the pics lol

I got some similar shots in a cave in Italy last year
Then I was winched 300 an odd foot down into a another cave, that was scary but fun.
I have put the url to cave stuff as my website link if you want to have a look.
