What is Channel 10′s demographic?

I didn’t intend to post any more about publicity whore Corey Delaney, but this did jump out at me.

He spent the day yesterday lapping up media attention from around the world, appearing in-studio on Melbourne radio and negotiating media deals which included an offer from Channel 10 for a hosting role on Big Brother.

While Corey was too young to be a housemate, he was being earmarked by Big Brother producers last night for a role somewhere in the franchise, Ten sources said yesterday.

“His fame and notoriety hasn’t escaped the executive producers of Big Brother … he would deliver the Ten demographic in droves,” the source said.

That would be the “moron” demographic, right?

    1. The media are flogging him for all he’s worth. Imagine making such an idiotic name for yourself at 16. The future is not looking to bright for him.

I think this is child abuse by the media to be honest. It really facinates me how the media can justify giving him all that attention under the circumstances. Worse than what they do to young footballers. At least they have a talent to return to.

    2. Guera *laughs uproriously*

Ian I think must be just a little bit jelous. It is a great story I have to say. Very sad that we are all obsessed with a twit like Corey. If he keeps this up for the rest of the year, he will be Time’s Man of the Year. Scary. These are our future leaders.
