		<description>Seriously, I wonder if a stocks punishment would not work?  Of course there would be the bravado and cred of getting a turn in the stocks, but I am not sure they would want a repeat session.  These days of course, they would have to be in the shade with drinking water on demand and a two minute stretching break every hour.  No idea of their ethnic origins?
