Blue Screen of Death - Olympic scale

Posted by Ian in funny stuff, geekery on August 12th, 2008

Is this the biggest BSOD ever?

One of the images of the computer malfunction that appears on the gizmodo website

It occurred during the Olympics opening ceremony last Friday night. One of the computers used to project images onto the roof of the stadium blue screened, and the moment was captured for all to see.

I used to work for Microsoft and people in the company would keep track of big blunders between us and the others. Catching an oracle error on the airport ‘Departures’ screen would merit a picture which would hit half the company mailboxes.
This has the be the biggest and best bluescreen ever.
