Wow, I cannot believe that people waste of emergency vehicles time like that! You need to find a way to bill them for the ride. If they have to pay a thousand dollars like you said they will not do this and waste the time of those who are trying to save lives.

Not hard. Charge them and pursue them. Victorian Police Association boss man recently said, ok yes, biased interest, in New York, they lock drunken louts up. In Melbourne, we give them a nice cup of tea and a biscuit.

There was a story in the Hobart papers a while ago that someone rang up the emergency services to get help for a stuck DVD…
