I heard that Great Wall could be soon destroyed by huge amounts of tourists visiting China every year to visit this wonder. And I think to myself: will it be saved? Surely in time the government will spend some money to reconstruct this landmark but before that many unique elements could be lost forever.

Wow, this is awesome. Wat a great views and indeed the autumn foliage on the trees makes it even nicer. A shame though about the Subway. Monuments like this should be kept intact.

Another of those places I'd love to see. Pretty amazing photos - it's great to see someone's "real" pictures. The views must be spectacular.

Wow, what an amazing time of year to see it in as well, hadn't considered it would be autumn there, the colours give it a different look to what you'd see in the tourist brochures.

How far do you think you walked up it?
