A year and a half or so ago, I thought she’d be living at home till she was about 30, but she fell in love and has upped and left home as of today.

But I got custody of the dog.  Win!!!

Went to Sydney and back today to see “Mary Poppins” at the Capitol Theatre.  Didn’t actually plan to go until yesterday – I was a late substitute for my wife who couldn’t go (with my daughter and niece).  Even though it wasn’t really a show I’d normally choose to go see, I enjoyed it very much, and it was a high quality production.

I’ve been in Western Australia this last week, and in Albany today.  Back to Perth tomorrow, then flying home.

This is Two People’s Bay, just outside of Albany.   I think I could happily hang out here in summer.
